Following three years in the U.S.Army as a Public Information Office Photographer during the early 1970's I returned home and became a Wedding Photographer for Parke Studios in Massapequa, NY. I gradually moved from weddings to Commercial Photography. I have mainly photographed products for the web and catalogs, architectural photos, events and the occasional portrait.

During the late 1980's I began working for lighting manufacturer, Quoizel in Goose Creek, SC. Quoizel is one on the premier lighting manufacturers in the country. While at Quoizel I photographed their products for web and catalog use as well as doing all Photoshop retouching. I have photographed lighting products designed by Laurie Smith of the Trading Spaces show on TLC and Richard Soard. They are both featured designers for Quoizel.

One of my key functions at Quoizel was digital prototyping using Photoshop. It is very expensive to create a physical prototype of a new product. With digital prototyping several different existing products can be taken apart in Photoshop and re-combined to produce a new product. My digital prototype photos have resulted in orders of $40,000 or more while substantially reducing prototype cost.
